Do NOT come tothis place.
I came into get mynails done and Ineeded tips. When Iasked the older man doing mynails toredo one ofthe tips because it’s was significantly short than the others, hejust cut itoff and left pieces ofthe previous tip onwhen hewas trying toput the new oneon. Iasked him towait and went totry topull the tip off and hekept grabbing myhand and telling meto stop. Iasked him again towait and explained again what Iwanted, hethen tried tocut mymail evenshort and now it’s all the way tothe quick and isvery jagged. Hekept grabbing myhand even when Iasked him tostop and said Iwanted toleave because Ididn’t feel comfortable with him doing mynails anymore. The manager came over and ask what happened and when Itold her all she said was “ok, doyou want meto take your tipsoff? “I told her nothat Ididn’t feel comfortable anymore and left.
This was aVERY unprofessional experience. Ido NOT appreciate having myhand continually grabbed even after asking the nail tech tostop.
This was second experience here. Icame before and had dip done and itstarted cracking and coming off three days later. Iassumed itwas just fromme, even though that’s never happened before. SoI figured I’d give them another chance. That was amistake. Iwill NEVER beback here and Ihighly suggest noone else comes here either.… – show00

This place ishorrible and unprofessional. Ischeduled anappointment over aweek inadvance and arrived for myappointment and was told that the nail tech Ibooked the appointment with wasn't working. Iasked the owner why didn't someone call and tellme.She said very nonchalantly “sorry”. Then she told methey didn't have myappointment onthe book. She didn't offer another tech, she just said sorry. She did admit that she was the person Ihad spoken toon the phone when Imade the appointment. This was my2nd bad experience atthis place. Don't waste your time going here. There's anail shop onevery corner.… – show

IF ICOULD GIVE THEM 10STARS, IWOULD! These employee's went above and beyond onmy husband and myown pedicures tonight!!! Super amazing, nonjudgmental, and professional people. Unfortunately, Ifailed toget the names ofthesetwo. Wearrived 40minutes before closing ona Saturday and did not hesitate toget usin, aware that they would probably beworking afew minutes past closing. Wedrove anhour away from our home, because itwas the closest place open past 7pm for our pedicures and arebeyond happy wedid. Wewill bereturning here for all nail needs from here onout, regardless ofthe drive time. The massage chairs were great and the football game was onTV, bonus points from myhusband.… – show

The women who work here are amazing! But the last two times I’ve gotten this guy who literally took mynails off with another nail instead ofsoaking them. Even after Itold him ithurt. Heliterally couldn’t even smooth out the dip ordo the shape Iwanted. Ihad white all over myfingers. Irefused tolet him finish and had toask someone else. They seemed appalled but he’s still there.

I tried tolet itgo and not leave areview but this was easily the worst pedicure I’ve everhad. Before Iget into that, I’ll start with the good things. The salon was beautiful, didn’t smell like anail salon, and one ofthe gentleman thanked meby name asI was leaving. Unfortunately, everything else wasbad. The technician who did mypedicure has nobusiness doing anyones nails, ever. While trimming mycuticles hecut memultiple times and was rough tothe point where Ihad topull away andsay “ouch” atleast twice. Hegave alot ofpush back when Iasked for regular polish instead ofgel. One ofhis reasons isthat with gel Ican leave right after. That sure makes you feel welcome! Iknow Ihave small toenails, but Icould’ve painted them better with myeyes closed. The brush heattempted toclean the edges with was frayed and didn’t seem todo much. Lesson learned and Iwill not bereturning. I went infor apedicure, and amvery happy with the service. The young man (I think his name isBao) that did mynails was very professional, and mynails look great! The space was clean, and everyone was very friendly. Iwill definitely becoming back!

I like this salon because they doa greatjob. Myonly complaint isthe African American worker that always looks like she just got out ofthebed. Every time I've ever seen her she isalways wearing ahead bonnet. Her nails always have thick black dirt caked under them. You should not bedoing nails with your own nails being dirty. I'm sorry but that isvery unprofessional tocome towork thatway. Icome for anexperience and should not belooking atanyone working looking unclean. Please take pride inyour craft and bemore presentable. Other than her lack ofself care this place isamazing… – show

I absolutely loved mypedicure. Myrating isnot inreference tothe service. This place gives wonderful pedicures and manicure but good luck getting inor anappointment. Ihave never been upa nail salon soquick toturn away service. On4occasions Ihave been told they couldn’t fit meon for apedicure. Ihave also tried tobring new customers withme. Ihave called two days ahead and still they say they don’t have availability. It’s ridiculous
