I moved in to Plainfield about 6 months ago and drove by this place many times during my short time here. Felt like I didn’t have time to stop by, but around a month and a half ago I decided to give it a shot and I was very pleased with the place. I got a pedicure with a very nice white polish and the men and women working were very polite and nice and did a great job. This weekend I went again and it was very busy, which was different from my previous experience, and although the wait was longer and a little more rushed the end result was still beautiful! I would highly recommend to visit, but if you can come on the less busy times you will be very pleased when you walk out!

Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI asked for red french tips, the lady tried to tell me it would be 70$, I told her no that i’m just getting acrylics with the red painted on the tips, the lady complained and complained and eventually had someone else come over. I told them just to forget it and i’ll do the red all over. Once she was done (in about 15 minutes? she definitely skipped a lot of steps) I take a hard look at my nails, they are as thick as can be, none of them are the same shape or length, and the nail polish was globed onto my nails. I am so disappointed and will not be returning. I asked for red french tips, the lady tried to tell me it would be 70$, I told her no that i’m just getting acrylics with the red painted on the tips, the lady complained and complained and eventually had someone else come over. I told them just to forget it and i’ll do the red all over. This is after 5 days of no chip spa pedicure. Really? I did my manicure here before and it was ok. My first pedicure experience and this happened. Disappointed! I don’t know why i cannot upload my photo with 4 nails chipped off completely

The service and the people here are all wonderful!! I have had a number of them do my pedicures and they all have great techniques that make your feet and legs rejuvenated and feeling great! Mary does my nails and a great job when you bring her a picture or design she is good at matching colors and giving you some pretty nails. There is Lynn and June who are also very talented. The men there have a good eye and do great work. I don’t remember everyone’s name but know this….I have been satisfied every time I walk out. They do get busy but are great at fitting you in as soon as possible. I just moved to the area in June and needed to find a nail spa close. This was the first shop I went to and let me tell you I have not tried any other!! The service and the people here are all wonderful!! I have had a number of them do my pedicures and they all have great techniques that make your feet and legs rejuvenated and feeling great! The pedicure was decent and he did a good job, but this place was horribly dirty and he was so rough on my no chip. My cuticles were cut so far back that every single one of my fingers were bleeding. I asked for a matte finish in which after cutting my cuticles way too far back he aggressively scrubbed a cotton ball on my nails and skin making it 10x worse. I’ve never had my fingers bleed like that before from a manicure. I had to rush home to scrub my hands because there was blood everywhere and I didn’t want to get an infection. 2 days later my fingers still hurt to touch and will randomly start bleeding again. The only reason I gave 2 starts was because the pedicure.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I asked for a soft white polish for my toe and gel for my nails the same as my toes. They made it seem as if it was a difficult request. They kicked me out of the pedicure station with wet feet. I ask what was the problem. They ignored me and does not offer any assistance or let me know what was going on. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful.
