Waited a couple of visits before writing my review but now I'm pretty fed up. First of all, I got a pedicure here some time last year and it was terrible. Rushed, she barely did anything let alone a massage. But her fills never last. I've gotten cracks in my nails and I pointed it out, and she was so lazy she said, "I just put powda". Well, I'm pointing it out, and even said I don't want to return, but she disregarded me. Fast forward, came back to try her again, and she ignored my concern about the cracks in my acrylic. Get home, my actual nail underneath is separating, which is quite annoying and gets caught on things, not to mention the risk for fungus. That already irritated me, but I also noticed my nails were filed crooked and misshapened! That was very irritating as well!! But my main problem was chipping! I paid for shellac and not even 24 hours later, and it's chipping away. I was very irritated, but called and kindly ask to return. She blew off, argued with me because I asked her to take care of the nails underneath splitting from the acrylic, and acted as if SHE was the one who was inconvenienced and had to drive all the way back. What if I was on vacation or something?! NO apology or accountability either. Because of this, I will never return and suggest you don't either. Btw, the salon is not very clean at all, bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned. I think her mom is laying in the back, and she is constantly sick or sniffing while doing your nails and doesn't wear a mask. Salon had so many flies near the pedicure chairs which was annoying and she tried to blame it on the pub next door. She also keeps it ice cold in there so it's not a relaxing experience. Her poor attitude and lack of accountability and respect towards me is why she won't be getting any more of my business. Exactly why I don't like to tip. They NEVER deserve it.

A gem in the neighborhood! Only been here 3 times in the past few years but this will now be my go to salon! I've tried so many salons but this one last the longest, the owner is very detailed oriented and never skip the step of cleaning the paint around the cuticle with a brush instead of just using their own nail cleaning it. I have yet found a place that took the extra step so it last longer! If you are reading this review and looking for a nail salon that does this technique or extra step, Summer Nails!

This is my most favorite and go to nail place. Don't be fooled by the look of a small nail salon in the neighborhood, cause they can do all kind of fancy and complicated designs, without breaking your wallet. The owner is always so nice, easy going and would try her best to accommodate all of my request. Just make sure to make a reservation because they do get busy.

My sister and I came here for the first time and we both are very satisfied. I particularly Love Lynn. I'm coming back to see her. Not too expensive and worth it.

I'm so happy I found a very reliable nail salon close to where I live in Washington. I find myself always leaving happy with the quality of work from Summer Nails. So not only are they conveniently located for me but also very effective in getting your Nails' needs met. I do believe they wax as well. Giving 5 stars for my easy encounters with the two ladies I always see and for the satisfaction I feel after (fairly priced too I think!)
