"Every time I go to this place, I feel that I should have packed a lunch. I could spend lots of time here. I never leave without carrying out something.. (strings, music stand, 12-string Yamaha, Acoustic 6-string, Capos, Strap, Bass Amp, etc) The acumen of the staff is keen. Once knowing my needs (multi-track recorder) they intervened and prevented me from dropping cash on an item that would not have been the appropriate choice, and instead, gave me some proper "schooling" on what would be more relevant, placed me on a watch and notify list. AND advising me to reload and update the drivers on my DAW. I recently took a vintage guitar in for an evaluation and within 15 minutes, the staff not only identified the make, year, and value of this 52-year-old dot neck ES 335 Lawsuit instrument online, but provided me with photographs (DNA). I'm Telling my friends and going in again...(and again)"
