The Nail technicians take the time to learn what they can about you and talk to you about it when you get your nails done. I love the time and effort they take into getting to know their customers. I have been going to Lovely Nails for three years now. I have never had a bad experience. The Nail technicians take the time to learn what they can about you and talk to you about it when you get your nails done. I love the time and effort they take into getting to know their customers. If you want to throw your money out of business, this is the one that I would 100% recommend. They are nice, personable, and very professional.

I never used to get my nails done, maybe once every year or two for a special occasion… I came in here one day on a whim, and I now come here 1-2 times a month. The Lovely Nails team is kind, personable, and so appreciative and grateful of their clients. I could do without manicures and pedicures, as I have for years, but it’s the experience that these lovely women provide that keeps me coming back. And, of course, their great work too! The women who operate Lovely Nails are incredible. I never used to get my nails done, maybe once every year or two for a special occasion… I came in here one day on a whim, and I now come here 1-2 times a month. The Lovely Nails team is kind, personable, and so appreciative and grateful of their clients. When I asked for coffin/ballerina shape the lady didn’t even know what that was and sorta just laughed at me . The no chip, chipped in 4 days when i returned they “fixed it” but that lasted less than a day. I wont return, but maybe you will have a better experience. The ladies are nice enough.

I would like to give this nail salon a higher rating, however, AFTER I get my no chip manicure I pull out my credit card to pay and the owner tells me there is an additional charge of $5.00 for removing my nail polish because they didn’t put it on. Now mind you, there are price lists and posters on the walls and no where does it say there is an additional charge to remove nail polish that Lovely Nails did not apply, not so Lovely after all. They just lost a returning customer that tips well. There are a LOT of nails salons in the area within a 10 minute radius, I would recommend going to one that is not going to ask for hidden charges after providing services. I wonder what other hidden charges they might have, beware!!!!

My friend and I were in a bind to get pedicures for a wedding and went here after reading a good review. Now it’s our favorite place! Exceptionally friendly ladies and have always left looking perfect. They also do a nice job with eyebrows, and we love the neck and shoulder massage while you wait to dry! They usually have a chair open but it doesn’t hurt to call in advance.
