I visited JM Nails on a Sunday around 11am in Broward Mall. There was no wait. I was able to get a pedicure and later added a brow wax. My pedicure was relaxing and polish was flawless. Then I saw Ms. Lisa for a brow wax. Hewas friendly and my brows cleaned up nicely and ready for any event. There was also a small choice guest drinks bar that held sodas, water, and wine for your enjoyment.

The worse service ever the people are rude and they are scaming custumers. I had an appointment to do a refill on my nail and when i got there i still had to wait after a good 20 minutes waiting they asked if i wanted a pedicure, i specificately asked they would have time to do my nails since it was getting late so they said yes after they finish my feet i waited like 30 minutes more just for them to tell me i had to go cause they were about to close. The lady that did my feet cut my toe so bad that i was bleeding and on top of that she broke my big toe nail. And she painted them worse than a little kid would. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE

Definitely not the place to get your nails taken care of. None of the workers there are respectful nor kind. I tried to get two nails fixed because they cracked. The manager, or whoever the guy in the front is, was trying to hide the nail polish book I was looking for so I couldn’t find the color I had on my nails. He “suggested” to get all my nails done many times because he wanted me to pay for a full set with a new nail polish since the color was not in the book he gave me. According to him, all the books had the same colors and of course he didn’t even try to find the nail polish I had on. I had to stand up and grab another book from another table and suddenly I found the color I was looking for. They don’t care about your requests, they only care about the expensive services and not the health of your nails. The whole experience was unpleasant and shady.

I went here and got a beautiful nude set of acrylics. I was happy with my service though it did seem very rushed. However, when I went to soak my nails off I noticed how hard they were to remove and how sticky the acrylics got. (100% acetone) if you don’t know what that means, it means an illegal acrylic was used called MMA. Beware. Do not use this salon for acrylics the good price isn’t worth the damage to your nails.

i got a pedicure im unaware of who did my feet but it was baddd, i asked her not to cut my 2 big toes because they were all ready short and i wanted to grow them out, she cut them anyways but unevenly… then she proceeds to cut the rest of them except my pinkys she did the complete opposite of what i asked her to do and when i asked for a different person to do my pedicure she insisted she was the best… yeah the best at making peoples feet look ugly!!!! and the guy who did my nails always does them perfectly even better then how i want them thanks tony!!

I will definitely continue coming here! The entire experience was extremely relaxing, they took their time but it didn’t take forever either. I felt valued and taken care of. The place was busy and I came as a walk in and was seen in about 10-15 mins. Everyone including the owner was very nice and attentive. I can’t imagine what happened with some of these negative reviewers but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I just moved to the area not long ago and have been looking for new spots for my nails, hair, etc. and I loved going to this place! I will definitely continue coming here! The entire experience was extremely relaxing, they took their time but it didn’t take forever either. I felt valued and taken care of. The place was busy and I came as a walk in and was seen in about 10-15 mins. Everyone including the owner was very nice and attentive.
