Volunteer at the Portland E-Prix

We are looking for volunteers to come together and deliver the race. Volunteers will have the opportunity to experience the race from behind the scenes, whilst also being the face of the event. The programme aims to provide a unique and unforgettable experience, bringing participants closer to the world of Formula E and volunteering.

Meet the drivers in the pit lane walk

Meet your all-electric racing heroes and peek into team garages at the Autograph Pit Lane Walk! Secure your spot for this unique experience by collecting a wristband from the Collection Point at the Information Booth in the Allianz Fan Village (available from 9AM on a first-come, first-served basis).

Please note there is extremely limited capacity, so arrive early for your best chance.

Security

On entry to the venue there will be a security search and bag check for all event attendees.

All event attendees should be aware of the prohibited items that cannot be brought into the venue. All attendees are responsible for their possessions for the duration of their time at the venue.

Getting to the circuit

Portland International Raceway can be accessed via rail, bicycle and car. Formula E encourages all ticket holders to make use of public transport and bicycle access routes to get to the event, as limited parking Is available to purchase onsite. We would strongly encourage the use of public/shared transport to attend the event, and details surrounding this will be received by ticket holders on how to get to the event.

Rail: There is an Interstate Max light rail stop right outside the gates. MAX runs from PIR as far east as Gresham, to the airport, downtown and as far west as Hillsboro. Downtown Portland is approximately 25 minutes from PIR on MAX. The stop for Portland International Raceway is Delta Park/ Vanport and the main entrance to the event, Entrance 1 (E1) which is an approximately 5 minute walk from the rail stop.

Bicycles: The event can be accessed via bike from the Columbia Slough Trail via Entrance 3 (E3) on the Event map. Entrance 3 will also house a bike storage area, and full ticket scan and security search lanes for entrance to the event.

Parking: Parking is available to purchase at the venue outside of the main Entrance 1 (E1) in the Broadacre parking area. ADA Parking is also available inside the venue in an allowed ADA parking lot at Entrance 5 (E5), the ADA parking lot has a limited number of spaces to be purchased on a first come first serve basis. Please purchase all parking at least two weeks before the event to allow time for the pass to arrive by mail.
